I was given a date for installation and try actually did it the day before the original date. Mr. Brannan came the next day to make sure all work was done properly. We called AirOne to schedule a service on our system. Dalton Reynolds called to let us know what time he would be arriving. It was raining when he got there, but that did not phase his attitude one bit. Very kind, courteous and knowledgeable young man. He completed the inspection & service then answered several questions we had. He then explained one small issue he came across and told us our options. We are extremely satisfied w/ the way company handled our service from the initial call til completion. Awesome price too. I highly recommend this company. In fact I took a pic of his van in our driveway and sent it to our son and many others as well as posted it on FB. We will not be calling anyone else ever again. These guys cannot be beat.

Our gas furnace has given us trouble for a few winters now, but Chris at Air One seems to have finally fixed the issue where others couldn't. He's also been great about following up to make sure everything was still functioning properly, and even came out to look at a new issue unrelated to his work. Since it was quick, and simple he didn't even charge us. They seem to really care about making sure the customer feels taken care of.

We recently received a visit and found it to be a very good experience. Josh, the technician, was very professional in his approach to our heating dilemma nd quickly diagnosed the problem, serviced it and answered all our questions about the cause of our hearing problem. This company is the best! We just moved to the area and our heat went out right as it was getting cold. I called on a Friday morning and was told their first availability was Monday. But, by mid-morning they called and said they could come out that afternoon. That is great service! They go out of their way to take care of their customers. Chris was excellent and explained everything that was going on and what our options were. I will definitely use them again!!

There is never going to be a time where you want to replace your units during the Summer, but my wife and I had no choice. However, in doing so I got to meet some great people who care about their customers and stand behind their products! I wanna thank Chris and Ben for installing everything in one day during 94 degree weather! I cannot imagine working in that attic all day, but these guys made it happen. You have some great people working for you Lowell! I wish every home emergency was this painless! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service!

These people are LIFE SAVORS! I recommend them to anyone that is having trouble with their unit. First Josh came out and checked it out didn't see anything wrong with it and didn't charge us for coming out ( on a weekend I might add) then told us if we had more trouble to to call back. Then a few days later it goes out again and then Lowell comes out ( the owner) we didn't check to see if our warranty expired but he did and it was! He was also a few hours Early Because Josh was supposed to come but he was closer and decided to come himself. Got all new equipment for out unit and replaced it all within a few hours. Saved our butts. And it doesn't cost an arm and leg! Actually fits a decent budget.
